Pastoral System
There is a strong pastoral / staff presence on all corridors. This allows teachers to focus on and maintain a purposeful start and end to the lesson. Staff state that this support is invaluable and that the wider pastoral team are a strength of the academy. – Trinity Trust BfL Review April 2026
Trinity Academy Grammar understands that when students are known, valued and understood they feel a sense of belonging and will achieve their full potential. The academy’s pastoral system – or the network of support we provide to students and parents – is a real strength and forms the basis of all that we do.
When your child joins the academy we will share more about how our pastoral system, with daily form time, Weekly Wellbeing sessions and dedicated Year Leaders, ensures each and every student feels valued and supported. Upon acceptance of a place at Trinity Academy Grammar you will be invited to attend a one-to-one welcome meeting with the Senior Leadership Team.
Our pastoral team strive to ensure that every child feels a sense of belonging at Trinity Academy Grammar through their dedication to identifying and removing barriers to success. We have dedicated staff to support with wellbeing, attendance and safeguarding so that children get the best and most appropriate support possible to help them thrive.
