Looking after your physical and mental wellbeing is so important. Feeling well, safe and generally positive helps you to fulfil your potential and enjoy life.
If you are struggling with any part of your wellbeing, there is support available to help you get through it. Explore the ‘Lifestyle’ and ‘Mental Health’ pages to find information on a range of wellbeing topics. The ‘Strategies’ page then provides lots of practical tips and self-care activities that you can use to improve your wellbeing and help you to cope with difficult situations.

If you are struggling to cope on your own and you need support, there are people in school who you can talk to, in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Our wellbeing team offers two types of in-school support, including 1:1 support sessions with a Child Protection and Wellbeing Officer and 1:1 counselling sessions with a School Counsellor.
